1. Scope of Warranty
This Warranty Policy applies to all Shanghai Flojett Co.,Ltd products purchased from authorized dealers or directly from the company. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase as indicated on the valid purchase receipt.
2. Warranty Duration
Standard Warranty: Most of our products come with a one - year standard warranty. During this period, we will ensure that the product functions as intended at the time of purchase.
3. What is Covered
Manufacturing Defects: If the product malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair the product free of charge or replace it with a new or refurbished product of the same model.
4. What is Not Covered
Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration of the product due to normal usage over time, such as minor scratches on the surface of a device, or the natural degradation is not covered under this warranty.
Accidental Damage: Damages caused by drops, impacts or other accidents are not covered. For example, if a customer accidentally drops their aerator and the spare parts get broken, this type of damage is not within the scope of the warranty.
Force Majeure Events: Damage or malfunction resulting from natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), acts of war, or other unforeseen and uncontrollable events are not covered.

In no event shall Shanghai Flojett Co.,Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the product, even if Shanghai Flojett Co.,Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability of Shanghai Flojett Co.,Ltd under this warranty shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
